Are the items in my cart held for me?

All online items are available on a first check-out, first served basis, so items in your cart are available for other customers to purchase. As a Boutique, we receive limited quantities of each piece, so if you see something you love, grab it before it's gone!

How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order. If you're still having trouble, send us an email to applevalleystore@mainstreamboutique.com, or reach out to us on Facebook. 

Can you put an item on hold for me?

We would love to put an item or items on hold for you if you'd like to try them on in store, or further consider your purchase! However, we can only hold in-store tems for 24 hours, after which point, they will be put back into sellable inventory. Online items cannot be held, as described above in the "Are the items in my cart held for me?" section. Thank you for understanding!

How do I return an item?

To return an item purchased online, please mail the item(s) back to us with a copy our your invoice/receipt to:

(Address Above) Purchases can only be returned to the location from which they were originally purchased. If you would like to return or exchange any merchandise, you are responsible all shipping charges. 

Can I return an item for a refund? 

We will happily accept unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 30 days of purchase to be returned for store credit. We know you'll find another item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals! 

Where do I find my Store Credit? 

Your Store Credit is available to you online or in-store any time - you should be able to log in to your account with us and see your store credit on your profile page and as a payment option at checkout. If you don't see it listed, check that you've signed in with the correct email and that your App is up to date. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to us!

I submitted an online order, but forgot to apply my reward code and/or store credit, can I still use them? 

Thank you so much for placing an order! Unfortunately, we are not able to adjust payments on an order once they are placed. Please double check that you have all of your discounts and credit applied to your order before placing it. Your rewards and store credit never expire at our location, so you can use it on your next purchase!

I have a reward! How can I apply it to my purchase online?

Woohoo! Thank you for being a part of our rewards program! To use your reward online, simply log in to our website via the little pink "Rewards" box in the lower right corner of the screen on our website. Once you log in with the email that is linked to your account, you will see how many points you currently have, and can spend those points activating your reward! You will then receive a one-time use coupon code that you can use at checkout. It will stay active until you use it! 

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream Boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated. Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores! 

Someone bought me a gift card/e-gift card, how do I use it? 

Yay - Happy Shopping! All Gift Cards can be used at any physical Mainstream Boutique location. To use your gift card online, please email us with your gift card number at applevalleystore@mainstreamboutique.com to have your gift card transferred for use in our online store.  This includes e-gift cards purchased at mainstreamboutique.com, e-gift cards issued by our location are ready to be used online.
